Bird Building was formed in Putney in 1993 from a former local building and contracting company. Since then we have strived to source, plan and build sensitive and intelligent buildings that people want to live in.

Acting as main contractors, we retain control of design, management and construction quality throughout to produce projects to be proud of.

 

As more and more developers have entered the market, it has become increasingly hard to find opportunities locally. We have therefore widened our area of operation to incorporate parts of West and Southwest London, occasionally venturing into Surrey.

 

We are committed to maintaining a sustainable business and aim to provide places where people want to live for many years to come.
